Missouri System Settings Maintenance

Setting up permissions to Missouri state reporting.
Before creating your state retirement data, perform setup on the Missouri System Settings Maintenance page, entering the default county number and mapping wages (hours codes), deductions and benefits to the appropriate contribution types.
The Retirement Settings tab contains four sub-tabs: General, Wages, Deductions and Benefits.
This tab contains the default, state-assigned County Number, required for the transmittal file and transmittal file name.
The Wages tab contains a grid of all available hours codes. Map applicable codes in the left column to the appropriate wage types in the right column, clicking Save after each selection.
Available types are Hours and Wages, Hours Only and Wages Only.
Type codes come from validation set 717, Missouri Retirement Wage Type.
Note: To view or update this validation set, hold down the CTRL key and click in the Type cell, or navigate to Maintenance > new world ERP Suite > System > Validation Sets > Validation Set List.
The Deductions tab contains a grid of all available employee deduction codes. Map applicable deduction codes in the left column to the appropriate contribution Type codes in the right column, clicking the Save button after each selection.
Available types are CERF Contribution; Eligible, Non-Contributing; Forfeited; Opted-Out and Refunded.
Type codes come from validation set 715, Missouri Retirement Contribution Type.

The Benefits tab contains a grid of all available codes for contributions the employer makes on behalf of employees. Map applicable benefit codes in the left column of the grid to the appropriate contribution Type codes in the right column, clicking the Save button after each selection.
Available types and validation set are the same as they are for deductions.
After completing the setup, you are ready to create your retirement data from the Missouri Retirement List page.
To navigate to the Missouri Retirement List page to generate, update and print retirement data, click the Retirement List button at the bottom of the page.
The Missouri Retirement List page also provides a Settings button for navigating back to this page.
